I believe that a plant-based lifestyle should be simple, joyful, straightforward, and tailored to fit your specific needs and goals. And that's the whole reason I created this program . . . to remove the confusion and help you start feeling better NOW.


I’ve been living a plant-based lifestyle for over a decade and while it’s been an amazing journey, there are also some plant-based pitfalls that most people don't know about. After learning these lessons the hard way, it's my mission to make sure you avoid the mistakes that can derail you.

  • I won’t hand you a “do not eat” list. Nothing is completely off limits. Instead, I will empower you to add in certain foods that will help you reach your goals faster, and more healthfully. Our focus is abundance, joy and high-quality deliciousness. 

  • My goal is to guide you to the optimal plant-based lifestyle that works for YOU, whether that means vegan, vegetarian, or no label at all - simply eating mostly whole plant foods, rooted in sound, balanced nutrition. One size does NOT fit all.

  • This isn’t a one-time health consultation with a protocol to follow. This is 4 months of step-by-step learning and experimenting to find what works best for you. My loving guidance, expertise, and support can help you permanently transform your life.

  • This 1:1 program includes a pantry makeover, in-depth cooking lessons, online grocery shopping tour and a makeup/personal care products makeover all over Zoom which will allow us to go deep and make sure you are set up and organized, all from the comfort of your own home.

  • We’ll focus on practical, everyday, real-life solutions to help make your transition to this lifestyle fun and doable for your unique lifestyle and preferences. 


Ancient Knowledge Meets Modern Life

  • I have life-long knowledge of Ayurveda, the oldest holistic health system originating from India. You’ll learn about some simple common sense lifestyle principles that can deepen your health and wellbeing, reduce stress and expand your consciousness.

  • In addition to diving into practical lifestyle solutions and plant-based nutrition, you’ll get personalized 1:1 cooking lessons with me. I’ve trained and taught for over three years under Matthew Kenney Cuisine, the leader in the gourmet plant-based food movement. Your meals don’t have to be complex, but we’re going for flavor! It’s SO important that you enjoy your meals. 

  • This program is holistic - our main focus will be food, but we’ll also dive into non-toxic clean beauty, personal care products and important wellness topics that are crucial to your success and overall health, and simple eco-conscious swaps and easy everyday habit upgrades for a truly well-rounded transformation for your health and wellbeing, as well as for mama earth.

    • A pantry/kitchen makeover to purge unhealthy foods that are hindering your health goals and make way for nourishing ones. You’ll also feel organized and set up for success from the very beginning.

    • An online grocery shopping tour so that you know exactly what the best foods are to buy for your health goals, and where to find them.

    • 2 1:1 personalized cooking lessons online, making the healthiest most delicious plant-based versions of your favorite meals, with a focus on specific food groups that are essential to include in a healthy, whole-foods plant-based lifestyle. 

    • A personal care/makeup makeover to ditch the toxic chemicals and replace them with pure, plant-based alternatives that work. What you apply topically is just as important as what you ingest. 

  • 12 sessions via phone covering everything you need to know about plant-based nutrition and cooking, natural beauty/self-care, wellness and eco-conscious living to help you reach your goals and live your best life.

  • Recipes, tools, resources, guides.

  • Unlimited email support between sessions so you can ask me questions, and we can troubleshoot any concerns.
