My mission is to nourish and elevate your everyday experience with food that is healing, delicious and beautiful.

I’m passionate about serving busy entrepreneurs, career-centered individuals and modern families who value health, wellness and organic farm-to-table meals - but don’t have the time, energy or know how to prepare them.

I offer plant-based private cooking meal delivery for clients in Los Angeles, combining contemporary culinary techniques with the ancient practices of Ayurveda, which I learned at a young age.

As the daughter of a gardener and landscape designer, I grew up around plants, spending many Iowa summers weeding, planting and watering. But it wasn’t until 10 years ago that my love for plants, particularly fruits and vegetables, blossomed after reading books on the adverse effects of modern agriculture. I changed my diet overnight to eat primarily plants and began shopping at local farmers markets.

My love for food and its relationship to health led me to a degree in Health and Human Physiology and later Health Coaching with a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I helped women lose weight and gain energy through a plant-based diet and practical lifestyle upgrades. I became increasingly drawn to the beauty and medicinal qualities of food that I started down a culinary path.

Within a few months of moving to Los Angeles, I began training and working for Matthew Kenney Cuisine, the world’s premier plant-based food innovator. I worked as an online instructor, teaching students from all around the world the magic of both raw and cooked plant-based cuisine for more than three years.

I strongly believe in the power of food education for all ages. In December 2017 I curated a holiday recipe e-cookbook called The Plant Collective, a collaboration of recipes from many of today’s leading names in food and wellness such as Goop, Moon Juice, Sakara Life and Deliciously Ella to name a few. We donated 60% of all proceeds to Alice Water’s Edible Schoolyard Project, which builds school gardens and educates children about our relationship to food and the land.
