about page photoshop.png

After over a decade of plant-based living, studying nutrition, physiology and the culinary arts, I believe diet and lifestyle are about...

Long-term sustainable eating, not quick fix dieting

An individualized approach, not conforming to a cookie-cutter plan

Flexibility, not rigidity

Abundance, not restriction

Joy, not pain

Your whole multi-dimensional being, not your parts

I know that healthy and delicious can go hand in hand.

A healthy relationship with food, your body and mind are the foundations for your freedom.

How you eat is just as important as what you eat.

What you eat is just as important as what you apply to your skin.

Pleasure is healthy and healthy is pleasurable.

You don’t have to sacrifice style to live naturally or eco-consciously.

The closer you live in alignment with nature, the healthier and more intuitive you become.

When you live your truth, life organizes synchronicities for you.

We can change the world, starting with simple

daily changes on the individual level.
