For over a decade, I’ve lived a whole-food plant-based lifestyle and it’s completely changed my life. I found my ideal weight naturally while enjoying a wide variety of delicious, satisfying, even decadent meals (hello chocolate cake for breakfast). I’ve transformed my relationship with food and body from obsessive and worried to deep ease. I have a deeper connection with nature and a fine-tuned intuitive sense of exactly what to eat for my body. 

I was so changed by what I’d experienced, I had to learn more and share it with everyone I could. So I studied health and human physiology professionally, became a certified health coach and plant-based chef.

 
 
 

While I adore the diet and lifestyle I live now, my health journey hasn’t always been easy.  It’s my mission to guide you to plant-based bliss in less time while helping you avoid common pitfalls that most people aren’t aware of. 


Whether your goal is to eat mostly plants, or only plants, my approach is to lovingly guide you to the optimal plant-based lifestyle that works for you. We’ll utilize nutrition rooted in science and ancient time-tested traditions. We’ll celebrate the art of cooking with the vibrant palette of plants.

What does plant-based really mean?

Vegan. Vegetarian. Or simply eating mostly plants.

I define plant-based as enjoying a high-quality diet rich in whole plant foods, including vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and spices - that can include some - or no - animal products. Expanding to a holistic lifestyle definition, it means opting for clean, plant-based beauty and personal care products and favoring natural, non-toxic materials and home goods.
